Sheel is the founder and chief of a strategy and innovation practice, Fruitfly (FF) Design. She believes design is the connective tissue between a company’s vision and its audience’s perception, seamlessly fusing strategic intent with immersive experiences. FF is one of the few practices in India to help companies go zero-to-one on digital and omni-channel customer journeys. We work with Orgs with an embedded model to drive leadership and build design capability along the way.

Storytelling is a critical part of strategy and imagining a new future. All of FF’s work begins with strategy that transforms workflows with tangible assets with humane stories. Beyond consulting, Sheel is an active mentor and educator at NID, NIFT, Anant (ANU) and other institutions.
