Susan Kralovec is an independent design consultant skilled in trend analysis, user research, and product development of consumer goods. An experienced entrepreneur, manufacturer, and design educator, she has 20+ years of experience in creative problem solving.
A writer, traveler, and idea builder, her most recent project SUSHAKHI looks at the world around us through a cross-cultural lens. It features the things that generally go unnoticed, everyday objects and behaviors that are the result of local aesthetics and needs.
Susan’s work has been shown internationally in galleries and exhibitions, including the New York International Gift Fair, London’s 100% Design, and Milan’s Salone del Mobile. As an educator, she has lectured throughout the United States, Europe, Japan, and India. Her work has been featured in many publications including the ID Annual Design Review, The New York Times, Interior Design, ReadyMade, House and Garden, and Dwell.
